What We Do 

We recognize the incredible value that most of our clients place on their time and their  well-being. Therefore, we offer a unique service that sets us apart from the rest.  Established clients can benefit from combining their coaching "talk time" with exercise.  This allows you the efficiency of working from the inside out.  So, when we are in motion, we are not only working externally to enhance our physical health, but we are working on our inner self to be more productive.

How We Do It 

Before we have coaching in motion sessions, we complete our initial phase to determine the best method of motion for the partnership.

  • Our activities together will include:
  • Walking
  • Running
  • Biking
  • Stretching
  • Side-by-side Indoor equipment (i.e. recumbent bike, stair climber, elliptical machine)
  • Stretch and wrap up
  • Action steps
