Life is a creative process.
Everything you do influences your life experience. Everything you think has an effect on your day. Everything you believe impacts the way your life will unfold.
The key to creating the life you want is to stay aware of these facts so you can use them to your advantage. This is where the practice of setting positive daily intentions can be incredibly powerful. If you set pure and positive intentions on a regular basis, you’ll be able to create more happiness and growth.
To get started, here’s a simple exercise that will help you make this practice a part of your daily life. Give it a try for ten days, and I guarantee you’ll be amazed at the connection between your intentions and your experiences.

Here’s how the exercise works:
Step 1: Set a positive intention first thing in the morning. Write it down on a piece of paper.
Step 2: Carry your intention with you and read it throughout the day to remind yourself of how you are intending to experience life.
Step 3: Check in at the end of the day and make a list of the experiences that reflect your intention.
Step 4: Repeat for ten days. Then, look back at your notes and enjoy what you see!
